Here to capture every moment of a show day
From crossrails to 5* star events, I love being there to capture every moment and memory. Imagine being able to relive your experience over and over. Photos of your signiifcant other setting warm up jumps for you, hugs as leave the ring, patting your horse after a job well done, and your reaction as you complete a clear round. Those are the feelings and memories I want my clients to be able to experience all over again when they look back on their photos .
There's a few things I love about shooting shows...
Emotion
The first is the small moments of emotion. The rider slipping their horse a treat. The smiles and happy tears. The care that goes into grooming a horse before the ring and making sure they recover well after. The hugs and horse pats. All the things that make you remember the feelings over and over again when you look back through your photos.
Athleticism
The second the athletic beauty of your horse. The muscles, braids, and movements of your amazing partner. Horses are freaks of nature with the amazing things they can do. I love being able to highlight that in your gallery.
Team work
It takes a village. I'm there to capture the ones you celebrate with, the ones who get up early to help you groom, who set jumps for you in the schooling arena, who wipe your boots off a final time before you walk in the ring, the ones you hug and smile with when you come out of the ring.
FAQ
WHAT IS PRIVATE CLIENT PHOTOGRAPHY?
It's kind of like having a personal paparazzi at your show! I take your typical jump shots but also have the time and flexibility to take more artistic shots of your day.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU DELIVER?
I deliver a minimum of 50 images per week, often times more if you're showing multiple days.
What SHOW VENUES DO YOU WORK AT?
I offer private client coverage at Tryon International Equestrian Center and select other shows that I have permission from the show organization and official photographer.
DO YOU COVER ALL MY ROUNDS?
I try my absolute best to cover every single round. I only take a few clients per week so that I can dedicate as much time as possible to each client. However, some conflicts can happen. In that case, I will pick the client that I have covered the least amount or that has the fewest rounds so that I can get as much as I can of everyone!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
I will edit and upload your images throughout the week, with the last of them being added within 48 hours of the last show day.
